How to fix missing or modified links causing low resolution images when printing.

If you're printing from Adobe InDesign and you run across a dialog box that says.

"This document contains links to files that are missing or modified, or links to inaccessible URLs. Click Cancel and then use the Links panel to fix link problems, or click OK to continue."

Chances are you moved the original image or modified it. This results in a pixelated low resolution composite that Adobe InDesign inserts as a placeholder. To fix this problem simply follow the steps below.

InDesign Missing Image Link Box

1.) Check for missing or modified links.

Go to the top menu click on Window > Links.
