Hello,

I just pulled out my brand new RCBS Trim Pro II to trim down some 300 blk brass I converted from once fired 223 FC. I used a jig and 2" chop saw I purchased from this forum(works awesome BTW). My trimmer has the universal spring loaded shell holder and I use the 30 cal pilot and all cases have been formed with small base AR 300blk RCBS dies. When I start to turn down the brass it seems to bind a bit and then force the shell out of the holder and then its stuck on the pilot. I have checked the guide rods (seem fine and tight) and also have loosened the two bolts underneath placed a shell on the trimmer to align them better and tightened them back up which helped a bit, but they are still popping out. I will call RCBS back tomorrow and see how they want to proceed. Just wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else? Also the pilot seems to be very tight in the case, is this opening up my already sized case?

Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
